I’ve tried this too! At first it felt a little funny, the ball-bearing is about the size of a marble. You twist the bottom of the tube & take the eye pen from the inner to the outer of your eye... The theory is the vibrations of the ball, stimulate the eye area as the liquid gel is released. It feels a little sticky to begin, but it soon dries & it really does soothe & revitalise your eyes!
